From coffee's birthplace in the Ethiopian highlands to the volcanic landscapes of Central America and the rich coffee traditions of Southeast Asia, each gathering will transport us to a different corner of the world through storytelling, guided tastings, and a little something delicious.

CHAPTER III · JANUARY — The Eastern Passage: Southeast Asia
Discover a whole different side of coffee! From Vietnam's bold Robusta to Indonesia's distinctive processing traditions, we'll explore the unique flavors and coffee cultures of Southeast Asia.
CHAPTER IV · FEBRUARY — Around the World in Four Cups: The Grand Tasting
Our grand finale! Put your newfound coffee knowledge to the test in a guided blind tasting across the Coffee Belt. Four mystery coffees, a few surprises, and one final delicious adventure.
